Lennie Burke, Treasurer
Mr. Burke is a professional guardian, having been appointed in Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties. He is registered with the Statewide Public Guardianship Office and is recognized as a nationally certified guardian. He serves as the Executive Director of the Florida State Guardianship Association (FSGA). He was previously elected as both a Director of the FSGA and President of the Central Florida Chapter. He is a member of the National Guardianship Association. Mr. Burke is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator and has completed the training approved by the Florida Supreme Court for Guardianship Mediation. He has served as a mediator in Seminole County Court since 2005. He is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, and the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. He has recently launched a new service to assist families to resolve issues and avoid litigation and guardianship.Mr. Burke served as a Senior Executive in Federal civil service from 1988 to 2002. Nina Corsi, Member at Large
Nina is the Regional Sales Director for United HealthCare of Florida's Long Term Care Diversion Program, Health and Home Connections. She is a board member for Florida Senior Programs which oversees the The Foster Grandparent Program and The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program. Debra Foscolo, Secretary
Debra began her career caring for our aging population when she was a caregiver for her grandparents while attending college. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, then her Master’s Degree in Long Term Care Administration. After several years working as a Nursing Home Administrator, Debra and her brother purchased Home Instead Senior Care. Home Instead Senior Care is a world-wide franchise located in 15 countries, 4 continents and has over 850 offices. The services we provide to seniors allow them to stay home and live independently. Home Instead Senior Care can also service seniors in healthcare facilities by providing one-on-one attention. Debra is currently on the Central Florida State Guardianship Association Board as well as a board member of the National Private Duty Association.
